I am so pleased with the healing and progress I made with the excellent physiotherapy with Ashley and Neil.  I had a right hip replacement, and I am not going to aquasize regularly, walking and I have golfed once so far.  I still do the exercises they taught me which I believe make a difference.

After a knee replacement in June of 2022, I had Neil’s help in getting me moving again.  I found him to be very knowledgeable in what was required to get the best results from my new knee. He was caring and dedicated to my success.  Thank you, Neil, for the encouragement when I was looking at a swollen, fat knee and wondering if it would ever feel comfortable again.  The therapists and support staff are all great people, which makes for a positive patient environment.

Over the years I’ve gone to quite a few physiotherapy clinics as I was involved with, Martial arts, Olympic wrestling and Judo. The reason for saying this is to point out that I’ve had experience with many physio clinics, and the level of expertise varies greatly. When I again required physio this past year after a complete shoulder replacement, I found Neil at Okotoks Physical Therapy, recommended to me thru AHS. It’s hard to find people these days that are as good at their jobs as Neil is. Had such a positive experience at Okotoks Physical Therapy. Neil and Ashley were both very knowledgeable and extremely kind, helping me immensely through my recovery process.  I truly believe that Neil is the reason that I was able to recover and get back to my regular routine.

Both my husband and I went to Ashley post joint replacement and we were both extremely happy with our recovery.  Ashley is knowledgeable and spends the time with you to make sure you’re body alignment is perfect.  She answered all our questions and explained everything so that we understood the importance of our exercises.  We are always greeted with a smile and hello from reception making us feel welcome.

I went to Okotoks Physical Therapy after a bi lateral knee replacement.  I felt better after every session and as long as I practiced the exercise diligently at home I continued to improve.  That meant finding a balance between doing too much and not enough.  They gave me the guidance I needed to do that.  They thoroughly answered my questions and concerns along the way.

I developed Achillies issues and Ashley as provided an evidenced base approach in treating my injuries.  She is kind, compassionate and creative.  She developed practical, effective home programs that I could realistically complete.  She would adjust the program according to my needs.  I credit Ashley and the rest of the clinic staff to the successful rehabilitation of my Achillies injury.

Excellent service, Neil and his team know what they’re doing. I walked in with so much pain in my lower back. Within approximately 8 visits, I feel 90% better and was given the information I need to keep back healthy.
